Can I safely use my credit card on ?

You can safely pay on our website. Indeed, in order to secure all bank transactions we use verified Stripe and PayPal certificates. will debit the entire amount owed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we deliver everywhere in the world and trust Bpost with all our national and international deliveries. The international shipping costs for such a package varies according to the country it is being delivered to (see the entire list on “Deliveries & Return). The duties costs are included in the shipping cost applied on our website

How can I know when my order will be delivered ?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email  including your tracking number. Please check your spam file.

How can I know the status of my order ?

The orders are shipped within 48h, while stocks last and subject to external factors. To avoid a long wait and extra shipping costs, it is possible to book a visit to our showroom. In that regard, please contact us at: [email protected]

You can check the status of your order on the Bpost website, or on the tab « order tracking » on our website. In both cases, have your tracking number handy.

Do you have express deliveries ?

We do not. To ensure faster delivery you can come to she showroom where you can try on the garment and pay directly on site. For all visit request please contact us at: [email protected]

Which type of payment do you accept ?

We currently accept PayPal, bank wire, Visa, Bancontact and MasterCard credit cards. Please note that if you chose the bank wire method your order will be processed once we have received the payment.

Can I return or exchange my product ?
Returns are accepted. If you find one of the items bought to be unsuitable, you have a period of 14 business days, starting from the day after delivery, to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without stating reasons. The only cost that will be charged are the direct costs of returning the goods. 
We will reimburse the purchase price at the latest within 14 business days starting from receipt of the returned parcel on the same card used for payment.
We do not reimburse the shipping costs, which are directly paid to Bpost.
The exchange on our website in not allowed. Nonetheless, it is possible to arrange a visit to our showroom in order to change the item chosen. The buyer will not be allowed to practice his retraction right if the product delivered has obviously been used or has been deteriorated.

Only defects linked to the production are motives for contestation. 
The item must be returned in its original condition and with its label to the Seller’s registered office at Rue Longue 92, 1150 Bruxelles, accompanied by the original sales invoice and return sheet.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
